RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, please e-mail Shelley@LearnYourSkin.com. Learn Your Skin, Inc. follows the return policies of each manufacturer i.e., if the company your product is purchased from does not accept returns, then Learn Your Skin, Inc. will not accept the return. Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase only. Products must be returned unopened and item must be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund. Shipping on any return is at consumer cost. Learn Your Skin, Inc. will not issue a refund or credit or exchange until product has been received and reviewed. Learn Your Skin, Inc. will not accept returns after 30 days. Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product; however claims must be made within 5 business days from receipt of products. Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received it.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive full credit otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Learn Your Skin, Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on the website. Images on this website may not reflect the actual product packaging received. This is due to manufacturers frequent packaging changes and our commitment to offer you the freshest products available.

SHIPPING & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Learn Your Skin, Inc. offers FREE shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Learn Your Skin, Inc. does not currently ship outside of the US. Products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. We may send a split order if an item is on back-order. Orders usually take 5-14 business days. Orders may be upgraded to 2-3 day shipping for $12.00 and Priority Mail Express for $32.00. Learn Your Skin, Inc. is not responsible for mail theft. Please be sure that your address is safe to send packages without insurance and signature. Customers can request insurance or a signature confirmation, these are not included in the free shipping policy unless your order is over $300.00 before discounts. If your order is over $300.00 your order will automatically require a signature confirmation unless instructed otherwise in the notes. If you decide to use signature confirmation, make sure that you use an address where a signature can be accepted. Learn Your Skin, Inc. is not responsible for a shipment if you or an authorized person has signed for it. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost.

LOST SHIPMENTS

Check tracking information on USPS.com. If your package has been delivered and you cannot locate it you will need to file a claim. Learn Your Skin, Inc cannot file a claim on your behalf due to USPS privacy laws.

REUSE & RECYCLE PACKING MATERIALS

Learn Your Skin, Inc. receives plenty of packages to fill orders and with that comes packing materials. We do our best to reuse boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and packing peanuts. We are happy to reuse packing materials from clients, family and friends wishing to reduce their waste. If we can’t use it we will recycle whenever possible.
